About Me

I'm Josh Stepakoff, a Realtor with Pinnacle Estate Properties and a San Fernando Valley native. I was born here, never left, and now live in Northridge with my wife, Allison, and our three children. I studied at Cal State Northridge and went on to graduate school at Pepperdine University.

 

I help buyers and sellers in Porter Ranch, Northridge, Granada Hills, Chatsworth, and across the San Fernando Valley, and I'm happy to go wherever you're buying or selling, in the Valley or beyond. When you call me, you get full service. From pricing and prep to vendors, paperwork, and closing day, I handle the details so you don't have to. My job is to take care of you.

 

I also serve as E.V.P. of Operations at Pinnacle, so I know what goes into every transaction from contract to close. That experience helps me keep your sale or purchase on track and as stress-free as possible.
